
HOMECOMING PLANNER –
Fulfills all commitment requirements
This committee (3 individuals) plans all homecoming
festivities, including:
1) Food for players & cheerleaders (Mustang and visiting teams).
2) Decorations.
3) Parent & children gifts.
Committee also works with:
1) Homecoming booklet committee to sell homecoming program.
2) Homecoming Volunteers to organize duties for Homecoming games.
3) Works with Communication Director for budget issues.
HOMECOMING HELPER – Fulfills 1
commitment per game
1) Includes set up, decorating, clean up for homecoming.
2) Sell Homecoming programs, put lunches together, set up and handout Homecoming gifts.
3) Duties vary depending on shift worked.
4) You will need to sign in with the Homecoming Planning Committee.
5) Everyone will be given a volunteer badge. You will need to return it after you are done with your shift.
2) Coordinates Spirit Ads.
3) Coordinates budget with Communication Director.
1) Assist Banquet Coordinator to plan the banquet.
Assist Banquet Coordinator and Planners with assistance before, during and after the banquet, which may include, but is not limited to:
1) Check in attendees at banquet.
2) Pass out player gifts/trophies.
Assist the 10 Year Anniversary Committee with 10 year anniversary festivities at the first home game of the year (festivities are still in the planning stages, so actual duties have not yet been determined).
1) Assist Equipment Manager and Deputy Equipment Manager prior to the start of the season with cleaning, sorting and bagging equipment for the players
2) Help pass out equipment at equipment hand out.
3) Help collect equipment at equipment turn in.

2) Equipment hand out usually takes place the weekend of speed camp, and you will need to be available to help both days.
