"Annual Meeting"

The Annual Meeting of the Macomb Mustangs Youth Football & Cheerleading Club will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 @ 6:30pm at the CMPL - 24 Mile Road Branch.  The purpose of the meeting is to elect the 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, and all of the Board of Directors for 2009.  All 2008 Macomb Mustangs parents and Board Members are encouraged to attend to begin the planning for the 10th Season of Macomb Mustangs Youth Football & Cheerleading!

"Volunteers Need for Off-Season Committees"

#1: Plan events for the Mustang’s 10th Anniversary season in 2009

#2: Feasibility & planning to deal with two specific issues - practice field lighting and on-site storage.  Ideas will have to be developed, quotes secured and a plan needs to be developed before we approach the Township on these issues.

#3: Develop a plan for the organization to host its own preseason invitational football tournament as a fundraiser, an attempt to network with other youth football organizations around the state, and to develop a "higher profile" for the organization in youth football.

"LAST EQUIPMENT TURN-IN"

Sat 12/6 from 11am - 1pm at the parking lot at His Rock Youth Center @ 24 Mile & Romeo Plank.

"Thanks for a Great 2008 Season!"

The Board of Directors wishes to thank all Macomb Mustangs players, cheerleaders, coaches & volunteers for a fabulous and memorable 2008 season!  The Banquet was a great bash!  Thanks to all of the Banquet volunteers for their hard work, especially Banquet Coordinator Diane Kirksey, our guest speaker, retired Detroit Lion Quarterback Eric Hipple, and the great Rock & Roll Band "Whiplash"!  Who knew that we had such talent in our midst?  Great work everyone for creating an exciting atmosphere to end this greatest year of Macomb Mustang Football & Cheerleading!
